Users will receive all the benefits of Product Selectors, in addition to being available as an Alexa Skill. Alexa, Amazon’s intelligent personal assistant, is capable of a long list of talents; including voice interaction, receiving information, controlling other smart devices and online shopping.
The new Product Selectors enhancement works as a voice activated mini-app that is launched using Alexa and guides shoppers through a series of questions to pinpoint the products that best meet each shopper's personal needs. The Alexa skill then brings the consumer back to the appropriate product detail page of a retailer within the Webcollage network, providing them with more rich content to make an informed purchase.
