Business Wire IndiaMindteck (India) Limited (BSE: 517344 and NSE: MINDTECK), a global technology company, announced the appointment of Mr. Prashanth Idgunji as Chief Financial Officer. He will report directly to Mr. Sanjeev Kathpalia, CEO and Managing Director.
Mr. Idgunji is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and US-qualified CPA with 30 years of international expertise spanning technology (IT, digital, analytics, ITeS), FMCG, and ‘Big Four’ accounting firms. As a member of Mindteck’s leadership team, he will be responsible for all financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management initiatives globally.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Idgunji has held financial leadership positions at iGATE and SilabTech (India); The Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Deloitte (Saudi Arabia); Indorama (Thailand/US); and LiquidHub (US).
