Q1. Can you explain in brief how you started GamerPe and how has been the journey so far?
Founded in July 2022, GamerPe is the brainchild of Satyam Rastogi, Siddharth Srivastava, Kushagra Tyagi, Harsh Prasad and Shashi Bhushan Verma – the founding team of Khiladi Adda – a successful real money gaming platform. The application weaves aspects of gamification, rewards-led games, gaming marketplace and much more into one wholesome gaming ecosystem. The need of the application was observed by the founders by the lack of an integrated gaming ecosystem that assists in all gaming related needs of a gamer. Gamerpe is witnessing a highly positive response with around 1 lakh users already registered within 6 months of operation without much marketing initiatives.
Q2. Please brief us about the services/solutions you provide to the businesses and how do they get value out of it?
GamerPe is a one-of-a-kind platform enabling a gaming ecosystem that integrates diverse fun activities, rewards, gaming accessories and merchandise to provide a one-stop application for all the related needs. The platform is an ultimate gamers platform that cashes in on the attention economy in a fun, worthy and responsible manner. It is also a gaming forum that is a jack of all gaming needs. It gives the user an opportunity to perform/play to earn, convert their efforts and skills into gaming coins (the in-app currency) that can be further redeemed as gift cards. The one-of-a-kind gaming app creates a unique gaming ecosystem with a perform-to-earn structure.
Q3. There are multiple players operating in the same domain. In this highly competitive market, how does GamerPe stand apart?
Contrary to popular belief, Gamerpe actually stands alone in the kind of services and gaming framework it offers. Every other application focuses on a single aspect of gaming. The very USP of this platform is its one of a kind ecosystem that it encapsulates.
Q4. How do you propose to gain clients?
Gamerpe is a B2C platform . The uniqueness of the platform act as a natural puller for the gamer. That is the reason , most of the onboarded users have been organic till now.
Q4. Can you share plans regarding your expansion in the next 1 year?
GamerPe is a tech-led startup that generates a huge chunk of its revenue through Affiliate Marketing and Advertising. In addition, it has also integrated advertising as a prominent source of revenue generation and marketing tool for other businesses to get users’ exposure. The app also recorded traction of over 100k organic users which is further projected to reach 1 million by the end of December 2022.
Q5. Elaborate on the present market scenario. What kind of business opportunities do you see in this segment?
Ans. We believe the industry is still in its nascent stages , especially in the segment that we are catering. There are humongous earning opportunities waiting to be unlocked with millions of online gamers in India. Coming years will witness the splurge of gaming activities to its maximum.
Q6. Any other relevant information you would like to add?
In a short span, the gaming app has partnered with Coda Shop – India’s most trusted platform that provides safe, convenient and seamless access to games and app and other industry players to begin its business journey. GamerPe is bootstrapped by its founders. Considering its distinctive business idea, the app is also gearing up for its first round of funding. As part of the long-term business plans, the platform is planning to explore the capabilities of Blockchain in integrating cryptocurrency and NFTs in its app.
