Palava Introduces 9DX to Give Customers a Glimpse of Their Life at India’s No.1 Liveable City

A first for the Indian real estate sector, Lodha Group, India’s leading real estate developer has launched a 9DX theatre at the Palava Experience Centre to give customers an immersive visual glimpse of their lifestyle at India’s no.1 liveable city i.e. Palava. The 20 seater theatre will showcase a 7-minute story about Palava wherein every homebuyer will have a personalised setting owing to the Oculus Rift screen, giving each and every customer a unique experience through this cutting-edge technology.
The influence of technology in the realty sector today is not only limited to data analytics but evolving the experience quotient in sector. By combining IoT, AI & AR, developers are enabling a more enhanced end-user experience. Earlier, a customer experienced the making of Palava with the 3D projection assisted model, introducing them to all the phases of the smart city, however, with the 9DX upgradation, the customers will be able to see what the future entails in a city like Palava which is built on the live-work-learn-play lifestyle. Palava 9DX will also shed light on various spectrums such as the vision, plan and developmental phases of the city.
Recognised as the no.1 liveable city amongst others in India as per JLL’s report “Liveability Quotient – A Paradigm Shift in India’s Emerging Cities”, Palava has been planned to ensure a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for its residents.
