Gaming Keyboards Under $50

1. Redragon K552 KUMARA LED Backlit

The Redragon K552 KUMARA LED Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is the first item on our list (Black). For a little over $30, you can obtain a sturdy gaming mechanical keyboard that will meet all of your gaming demands. It is your usual heavy mechanical keyboard. Despite the less well-known firm, folks on a budget can easily acquire it due to its affordable price and high ratings.

It had all the advantages of a typical mechanical keyboard at a reasonable cost. Although it lacks a number pad and has a small clicking sound and tactile feel, this is merely a minor drawback for some people and a major one for others. It is made to be long-lasting, robust, and highly responsive. Due to the double shot molded keycaps, it has LED backlighting that is crystal clear and adjustable.

It has mechanical keys, a gold-plated USB connector, is built of metal and ABS, and can support intense gaming. It contains 87 conflict-free keys, 12 multimedia keys, and a splash-proof design. Although it lacks a number pad and has a small clicking sound and tactile feel, this is merely a minor drawback for some people and a major one for others.

2. EagleTec KG010 104 Key

Look no further if you’re seeking for a mechanical keyboard with a Numpad that is reasonably priced! The next item on our list, the EagleTec KG010 Gaming, Industrial, and Office Mechanical Keyboard with LED Backlight and 104 Keys (Black), offers everything you need for less than $40! Expect nothing close to a full-fledged beast of a keyboard, just like all the other mechanical keyboards on our list.

It features double-shot injection molded keycaps and custom mechanical switches optimized for sturdiness. It also offers crystal clear backlighting with blue LED adjustable light. The mechanical keys are fixed on a plate and can survive extreme circumstances. It is made of aluminum and ABS. This mechanical keyboard was designed to last. Due to its excellent value to performance ratio, it was added to our list of under $50 items. The only drawback is that it has restricted layer programming and no further capabilities, but unless you’re a die-hard gamer or programmer, this isn’t a problem for most people.

3. E-Element Z-88

This mechanical keyboard is built in China and features Outemu Blue switches and a full 104-key layout. Because of its simple layout and floating keys, cleaning the keyboard should be simple. Additionally, it shares many similarities with the previously described Redragon mechanical keyboard. Additionally, it has RGB LED lighting that is configurable. By pressing the function key while holding down the digits 1 through 5, you can alter the color of specific keys (not the Numpad ones). Additionally, it will enable you to individually store each slot. Try pressing the function key (FN) along with the Home key if you wish to overwrite the saved slot.

In addition, there are 5 other game modes and 9 additional styles of play. The click sound from the keyboard is perceptible but not overly loud to be annoying. Additionally, the fact that it works with all versions of Windows and Mac makes it a viable option. All things considered, this is a fantastic low-cost, useful laptop that might be perfect for gamers, especially beginners.

4. Velocifire VM01

There is no need to explore any further if you want to buy a full-sized, high-quality mechanical keyboard. A well-known mechanical keyboard with brown switches and LED backlighting is the Velocifire VM01. This mechanical keyboard is included in our list due to its excellent quality and affordable price.

5. Corsair K55 RGB Gaming

This item has been included on the list because to its exceptional quality, reviews, and features (relative to its price). As you may already be aware, Corsair is a reputable and top-notch manufacturer of gaming peripherals. We can vouch for the quality of their mechanical keyboards because we have personally evaluated many of them. Although technically not a mechanical keyboard, the one stated above offers the most of the characteristics associated with one.

Along with the manuals that come with every gaming keyboard supplied by Corsair, the package also includes a removable armrest within the box. Overall, the good RGB lighting, conveniently accessible media keys, dedicated macro keys that enable on-the-fly key recording, and the key matrix designed specifically for gaming are the advantages. Additionally, the lack of rubber feet pads and its glossy, scratch-prone surface are drawbacks, but neither of these factors affect how well it performs.

5. Cooler master devastator 3

The Cooler Master Devastator 3 keyboard + mouse combo is an excellent deal for around $50. Yes, it’s a combo and you’re here for just a keyboard, but hey, it’s amazing quality and you really can’t match that pricing if you need a new mouse at the same time.

The keyboard is excellent, and the keys have a mechanical feel to them because they are more tactile than on a typical membrane keyboard. Additionally, it has dedicated media controls that make it simple to navigate between tracks and adjust the volume. Even though the device is lightweight, it seems reasonably sturdy and not at all cheap. The LEDs on the keyboard can only be toggled on or off, and while they’re off, it’s challenging to see anything.

The mouse truly goes above and outside of what you’re probably anticipating you’ll get with a combo this cheap; it is not what you would anticipate from a $30 combo bargain. The majority of PC gamers will find the three preset DPI levels (1000/1600/2000) to be excellent choices for the most of game types. It is also incredibly accurate. Additionally, it has rubber grips on both sides close to the front and two thumb buttons along the left side. The Devastator 3 keyboard and mouse set is an all-out effort from Cooler Master, and for under $40? That’s a tough offer to refuse, and it’s a great financial arrangement!

When you can find really good and nearly identical mechanical-switch gaming keyboards for about $50, not everyone wants to spend $100 or more on a keyboard merely to obtain Cherry MX mechanical switches. This list should really have given you a solid idea of the keyboards you should consider if you’re a budget-conscious gamer.

Remember that I have only used the keyboards on this list personally, therefore it is completely subjective. Within the mechanical keyboard industry, it is largely true that you will get what you pay for. Even with regard to this list, this is still valid. As a result, we compared features, ratings, and quality to find the best mechanical keyboards at the lowest costs.

Additionally, purchasing a more pricey mechanical keyboard will undoubtedly provide you a heavier structure and extra functionality that many of these keyboards lack. However, we strongly advise that you check out the keyboards on this list if you’re searching for a mechanical keyboard for beginners or something affordable for your gaming setup. It should be acknowledged that several of the companies on this list, such as Corsair, are well-known, and we have conducted in-depth, hands-on reviews of their mechanical keyboards. I strongly advise you to check out our best mechanical keyboard list or our best under $100 list if you’re looking for more features or have a little extra cash to spend.
