Airtel in Now Offering Digital TV with 12 Month Free Subscription

After giving the incredible performance in telecom sector Airtel is now trying to penetrate the Digital TV sector which can prove a good move for the company.

As we know they have good telecom infrastructure already built in past few years. It will be very easy for them to broadcast satellite TV with high quality performance. They second stepping company in digital TV market after Tata with entered with Sky satellite services named Tata Sky Digital TV.

They are offering quite affordable services for consumers which make it easy to buy for all.

Interestingly this pack includes 12 month’s free subscription for their Super Value Pack which includes number of quality channels on air.     I want to recharge the airtel digital TV. But your airtel digital TV shop at suryapet is not listing and no coporating. I return with my cash. I went to shop for recharge purpose.I want pay cash and recharge with my customer ID. But practically its vain. My customer ID NO.3000734981

      Hello,

      If they are not co operative then better recharge online. Register your account there. And you can recharge through net banking or debit card. Its simple

    Dear Sir,
    After so much try with customer care persons and digital airtel tv authorized shop person they recharged on 15/6/2010 around 8.30 pm. Today 16/6/2010 night 8 pm till now not a single channel is comming. Yesterday i.e. 15/6/2010 at 8.30 pm onwards my tv and set top box is on position. So many call to customer care but saying within 1 hour / 45 minutes it will start. But practically its vain. Please do immeditely on practical basis and make call to me urgently. If today I will not see a chanel. After that I will go for Big TV.
    Because too much problem with Airtel Digital TV.

    Dear Sir,
    Today is 3rd day,I am not seeing the chanel. I have already recharged for Rs.384/- on 15-6-2010 at around 8.30pm.Your person told to us they are coming but not coming.If not possible with you then return my money. Its so simple.
    My complain number is 3075662. I am 100% unsatisfy with airtel digital tv service provider.

    Dear Sir,
    Today i.e.,18-6-2010 is 4th day.I am not able to see the channel. I paid the amount and recharged on 15-6-2010. Your executive came to my house on today 18-6-2010. As per your executive told that your tv, set top box every thing in your house is ok and correcte but he told its problem of airtel digital system error problem in your office. Thats why it is not possible to view channel. As per your customer care, so many customers are facing this problem due to airtel digital problem. So its your problem. I paid cash to your company. Your company will solve your problem. And I will view the channels. If it is not possible then you have to return my money.

    Dear Sir,
    Today is the 7th day. I have recharged on 15/6/2010 at around 8.30 PM. Still I have not seen a single channel for a single second. Your channel is not comming. Your executive came to my house, tried, and finally told this is only problem with Airtel Digital TV Head Office System Problem. He told to us your TV, Set top box and recharge every thing this side is correct. Only head office system error problem. It can be done only by head office employees. Anyway your system is working daily for reducing my balance day by day. But your channel is not comming. Here only customer is loosing and company is taking money without giving service.
    Please view your channel. Otherwise return my money. I will go for another service provider like Big TV. Because so much problem with Airtel Digital TV. I can’t tolerate more. Already limits is out.

    Dear sir! My custmer id. is 3001350081 I have recharged my airtel TV through online, but it is not success. It is responsed like this your chhennel is not subscribed by you, to view the channel to add the channel to rele vent your account. So How to add the channel to subscribe the channel?
