‘Amar Ujala Excellence Award 2017’ – Celebrating the Exemplary Accomplishments

As India moves ahead, some great souls are working tirelessly to create prosperity, bring happiness & usher progress for the larger society and economy. These esteemed individuals have pursued the path of excellence & creativity and have shown exemplary sense of leadership in that journey. And it’s time to celebrate their contribution & accomplishments.
 
The first edition of ‘Amar Ujala Excellence Award’ was organized on 16th September at a glittering ceremony in Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, in presence of senior ministers, bureaucrats, celebrities & other dignitaries.

In this event, 16 top personalities were honored with the ‘Amar Ujala Excellence Award’, by senior Union Ministers, Mr. Suresh Prabhu, Mr. Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Mr. Satyapal Sign & Mrs. Anupriya Patel.

Mr. Subhash Ghai (Film Personality), Mr. Chandi Prasad Bhatt (Social Worker), Ms. Shovana Narayan (Danseuse) & Dr. Rajeev Agarwal (Doctor) were conferred with ‘Lifetime Excellence Award’. Another 12 people were felicitated for their path-breaking work in the fields of education, business, rural welfare, healthcare, travel & tourism and other genres.
 
Skoda was the Title Sponsor of ‘Amar Ujala Excellence Award’ and News 24 was the TV Channel Partner. The event was live telecasted on Amar Ujala Web TV.
