Finally HTC is taking steps to get in to the budget Android handsets that can target mass consumers all over the world. Few days ago, a rumored handset HTC Pico is having similar specification & I guess they have upgraded the name of it.

When I first bought my HTC Desire, There were no android phones below the price of 20,000 INR ($400) & I always wished that HTC can actually get in to low-budget phones. Then they introduced HTC Wildfire, Wildfire S & Now HTC Explorer is expected to be priced even lower than Wildfire S.

After reading its overall specifications & features, HTC managed to make another impressive handset that is not just pleasing aesthetically but by its features too.
