For a long time I am trying to add my debot card from ICICI bank on paypal. Basically it is essential to add & confirm card so as to get verified by Paypal.
I surfed a lot about this problem & mailed them about this. But paypal says, there is some issues with bank that issued your card. So contact them.
Bank replies with nothing & there services works with Indian shops which are online. Or by direct checkout online it works. So, it was not the problem from Bank.
Problem was, All the debit card we own have Logo of VISA ELECTRON, and the electron makes it only usable for electronic use & nmot for online VISA merchants.
I got this answer from Digital Point Forum. And I wanna thank them for this solution.
Secondly, if you wish to have Credit card because as I explined, 99% of debit cardsfrom Indian banks do not work with Paypal.
