Samsung Star 3G,Star, Corby – Best Java App You Must Have: Snaptu
I am always trying something new with my Samsung Star 3g & this time what I have for you is something according to me is best java application for your Samsung touch phones like Samsung star S5230, S5233, / Star Wi Fi S5230W & Star 3g S5603.
I came across this java application at Getjar website, where i usually surf for great applications. So this tool called Snaptu is all in one application for news, social media like Twitter, Facebook, Movies, Weather forecasting, Cricket live score updates, Flickr, Picasa, Sports & much more…
As shown above Snaptu User interface is a list of many small application embedded right within it, which I mentioned above. It also works very fast on GPRS & EDGE, which I have tested it on for last 5-6 days, it works flawlessly well with Samsung Star 3G.
This application is java based so it supports any Nokia/Motorola/ LG phones bit still on touchscreen phones of Samsung it looks like just “made for it !!!”
Mainly, Facebook & twitter have in built small apps which works faster than any other twitter mobile client. Its very easy to update status, see & comment on walls, send tweets & DM right from your snaptu tool. More over that you can manage many multiple accounts of twitter from it.
It also have embedded live score app from Cricinfo, which works very fine. Sports news across the world & live score of many games can be easily seen with same tool. Guardian News & some other great news channels are embedded, so you’ll no more need newspaper, I guess 
You can also watch & search pictures of yours & of public from this application, because it also have in built apps for Flickr & Picasa.
You can add many other applications, widgets like dictionary, Sudoku, London TV guide & web links to other services which opens your phone browser for like Gmail, Orkut, Nimbuzz, Youtube etc.,
So , after a long wait I have found something which made me delet my all of other appication from phone memory, & I am sure you’ll love it too, if you are more of social media & internet user like me !!!

Bolt works great, Opera mini 5 Beta is good but its QWERTY keypad is annoying but it have tabs & many real time features.
But after using all I find what is best is its own browser with auto roation , bookmarks & feeds – I dont need tabs for it..

thanx dude …… and abt games .. i got some really good games but its really difficult to play without key pad … searching for touch games and motion games. just let me know if you know some sites to download them… will be really helpful ….

opera 5 beta is good and pretty fast …. to disable opera’s key pad just go to settings-advanced -set fullscreen edit “on” … now you will get the normal virtual key pad .. its easy

It depends on your requirements, all three phone shve their own benefits. Corby plus is good for you if you need QWERTY keypad for messaging & emails. But its have 2.0 MP camera.
In comparison star 3g have 3.2 MP cam, 3G connectivity, & faster operating. Star in case is in middle of both. It just dont have 3G, but have biggest screen that star 3g & Corby plus.
As I told you its upon what you want.

This is really nice appilcation and quite useful as well. but this app by default using airtel live settings how to change this to use other connection like mobile office settings?

Cant help, Its PC studio, We cant modd that. But sync and save all your stuff in samsung PC studio . Its better to be there !!!
