if u want to do it in .jar file, open that using winrar, root to META-INF folder, there is only single .mf format file, extract that to somewhere and open using notepad, then paste the command,
MIDlet-Touch-Support: True

then save
then drag this file to archive [means .jar file, which is opened w/ winrar] then replace previous file. i tried it on opera mini works fine,
